1.2 You agree that you will not use the Website for any illegal purpose or in any way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the functionality of the Website. 5.1 We warrant that at the date of supply any item purchased from our Website will correspond with its published specification and with the description we give to it on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any products or to change specifications at any time without notice.

5.2 We consider that BioRepair^® toothpaste will usually be effective on the basis claimed on this Website if you brush at least twice a day every day for a minimum of 2 minutes on each occasion.

5.3 We consider that Biorepair^® Total Protection toothpaste will usually be effective on the basis recommended on this Website if you brush at least twice a day every day for a minimum of 2 minutes each time.

5.4 BioRepair^® will restore your teeth to a level of natural whiteness but the level of natural whiteness differs for each individual.

5.5 You should always use products and brush your teeth in accordance with the recommendation given by your dentist, or in accordance with your own discretion. This may vary from the recommendation set out above. This may mean that BioRepair^® does not (or takes longer to) achieve the levels of effectiveness that we usually claim.

6. Liability

6.1 We will be responsible to you for direct loss you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions once a contract for sale has been formed.

6.2 We will not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, profits, data or anticipated savings in relation to your use of the Website or any other loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to us.

6.3 We do not limit in any way our liability by law to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or breach of duty.
